    • Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  3. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

  4. Delivery Issues:

Return Policy for Pinkolly Publication

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • We only accept returns if an error occurred on our side, such as the wrong item being shipped or a product arriving damaged.
    • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks)
    • Sale items or items purchased during special promotions
    • Gift cards

  3. How to Initiate a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please send us a message on 0779180314 (WhatsApp) with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will inform you to hand over the item to the courier service.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
