Return Policy for Pinkolly Publication

1. Return Eligibility:

  • We only accept returns if an error occurred on our side, such as the wrong item being shipped or a product arriving damaged.
  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Once your return is approved, we will inform you to handover the item to the courier service
