A graduate of the University of Kelaniya and an MBA holder from the University Canada West (UCW), Canada, Ishara combines her academic knowledge with a deep understanding of child development and early education. Her vision for Pinkolly was born from a desire to create high-quality educational resources that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning among children.

Under her creative leadership, Pinkolly Publications has developed a wide range of educational books, activity books, phonics resources, and learning materials designed to support children's cognitive and academic growth.
